Overall Responsibilities
HIV testing services (HTS) include a range of services that should accompany any HIV test. S/he will work with the facility personnel to ensure optimal testing in all service delivery points in the facility. S/he will support interventions related to integrated services for triple elimination of HIV, Hepatitis and Syphilis among pregnant women, retention and early infant diagnosis. The successful candidate will provide technical support to ensure facilities provide integrated and holistic PMTCT and Pediatrics care and treatment, provide support for quality pediatric HIV care including diagnosis and management of Opportunistic Infections, ARV Optimization, and monitoring children on ART for drug resistance. SENIOR TECHNICAL ADVISOR - AMERL: is responsible for the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation for the ACE Project.
