FINANCE & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: will be responsible for the provision of accounting, administrative, and logistical support services to AHNi State Office. S/He will prepare monthly financial report forms which accompany executed sub-project documents, monthly reporting/budgets, data entry into excel spreadsheets and automated MIS reports. S/He will assist the Accountant/SFAO to ensure the accurate keeping of all books of account for the project, including checking account, equipment and supply registers and all accounting records.

Minimum Recruitment Standards
•University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration
•Sound accounting, administrative and secretarial skills
•1-3 years’ experience with large complex organization is required
•Familiarity with international NGOs preferred
